"Judy-Bob" Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Mix Together:
1 Cup Butter-Flavored Shortening
1 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Add:
2 Eggs
2 Cups Flour/plus 4 Tbsp.
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Baking Soda

Add:
Chocolate Chips (or Butterscotch Chips)

What to do:
* Preheat oven to 375
* Roll into 1 inch balls
* Place on Pampered Chef Baking Stone (this works the very best, but you can use a regular cookie sheet too)
* Bake for approximately 11 minutes (always under-bake just a little)
* Remove from oven & pat the tops of the cookies with spatula (to flatten/sounds weird, but works)
* After 1-2 minutes, spray spatula with cooking spray, and remove cookies from baking stone & place on cooling rack
* Let completely cool & store

This recipe came from my Mom's neighbor Judy. When I was growing up, Judy baked and we ate. I named the cookie after Judy & her husband Bob. When my daughter Jordan was little, she couldn't get Judy & Bob's names correct (as individual names). She always combined their names "Judy-Bob" for just Judy's name, so I thought it would be appropriate to name these cookies after them.

These are truly some of the best chocolate chip cookies you'll ever have!
