BBQ Spare Ribs Recipe

4 lbs. Country Style Spare Ribs (or whatever you prefer)
Small Chopped Onion
2 Cups Catsup
2 Cups Brown Sugar (light or dark)
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce (low sodium)
Salt
Pepper

What to do:
* Bring the ribs to a boil in a large kettle with water, a little salt, pepper & chopped onion
* Cook until you think the "fat" is cooked out (about 20-30 minutes)
* In the meantime, blend together, the catsup, brown sugar & soy sauce. This will be your sauce that you pour over your ribs
* Place ribs in oval roaster and cover with sauce (making sure each of the ribs come in contact with the sauce)
* Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees (you may wish to lower your temperature and bake at a lower degree of oven too - I'm sure a crockpot would work well too)

You really can't mess it up. They are deee-licious!
