In follow-up to my entry about the Eat Clean Diet, the author has come out with the long awaited cookbook (The Eat Clean Diet Cookbook). I did find it at Borders for about the same price as her book ($19.95). I have not been able to purchase it yet, but will soon. Looking forward to some creative ideas with eating healthy.
