The Eat-Clean Diet


I can’t say enough good things about this book. My neighbor shared it with me a few months ago and it has changed my life. It’s not a diet, but a guide to just eating healthy. The book is so well written, and so easy & fun to read. It has all the info you need to start eating healthy & improve your life. It tells you how to combine the right foods (carbs & proteins) to help burn fat faster, along with showing you how eating 5-6 small meals a day is actually a benefit as it keeps your metabolism going. She tells you how to gain muscle through strength training (as muscle helps burn fat), but it’s not exercise that has you running on a treadmill for hours. There is cardio involved (which can just be walking, jogging, treadmill, elliptical, or bike), but not excessive as the main focus is strength training. I encourage you get a hold of the book and give it a try. To date I have lost 21 lbs, several inches, and have gone down two full dress sizes. The Author of the book is Tosca Reno.
