Beef Stroganoff Recipe

2 lbs. beef stew meat (I cut mine smaller into sugar cube size)
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushroom pieces & stems
1/3 cup red wine
1/3-1/2 cup sour cream
1 package whole wheat extra wide noodles

What to do:
* Cook noodles, rinse & drain (set aside)
* Combine all ingredients (except sour cream & noodles) in casserole dish. Cover & bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
* Stir in sour cream & serve over cooked noodles.
