It was a long day for mom that started at 10:00 am and ended at 9:30 pm (and that was just for prom)....long story made short....hair, makeup, dress, jewelry, shoes, pictures (boyfriend missed the pictures), dinner (daughter & boyfriend missed dinner), drive to Minnetonka Yaught Club & take ferry to island to watch sailing cause someone was running way behind, watch sailing for about two hours, get the date showered and in his tux at 8:15 pm, take ferry back to parking lot & race to downtown St Paul before doors close at 9:00 pm...mom gets home at 9:30 pm and is ready to drop....oh no, that's right...we have son's 1st Communion the next day that we need to get ready for too...ugh...it was a long day...but my daughter never looked so beautiful!
