Healthy Whole Wheat Flatbread Pizza


Individual Serving Recipe:
Whole Wheat Flatbread
Cooking Spray
1/4 cup Great Northern White Beans (mashed w/ one clove minced garlic)
Onion
Green Pepper
Mushroom
Fresh Chopped Spinach
Sun Dried Tomatoes
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Low-Moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese

What to do:
* Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
* Spray cookie sheet lightly with cooking spray
* Place flatbread on cookie sheet, spread with bean/garlic mixture, top with all the veggie ingredients (or add your own healthy toppings). Drizzle with olive oil and top with the mozzarella cheese
* Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the flatbread is crisp and cheese is melted but not burned
* It's delicious, low-cal, low-fat, and has become my new "favorite" pizza
