Ziti with Dried Tomatoes and Mozzarella

2 Cups Ziti Pasta
1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Clove Crushed Garlic
1/4 Tsp Oregano
8 oz. Mozzarella, diced
2 Tbsp. Chopped Basil
6 Dried Tomatoes, minced (or more depending on size)

What to do:
* Cook pasta. In large bowl, combine tomatoes, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlice and oregano. Add pasta, mozzarella, dried tomatoes and basil. Toss to blend.
