"Biggest Loser" Recipe




1 Large Chicken Breast (cubed)
1 Small Onion (see below instructions)
1 Cup Sweet Potatoe (cubed) - the Biggest Loser show used spaghetti squash
3/4 Cup Low Sodium/No Suger Added Marinara Sauce
Olive Oil
Pepper (to taste)

What to do:
* In one pan, cook the cubed chicken in a little olive oil
* Peel the onion and cut in half-vertically, lay flat side down of each half & continue to cut into 4 additional vertical strips. Separate pieces to cook.
* In another pan, cook the squash/potatoe & onion in a little olive oil
* Add the squash/potatoe & onion to the chicken
* Add marinara sauce & pepper
* Heat thoroughly & serve
* The above measurements are all approximate - feel free to play with the recipe a little
* Serves 2-4 (depending on serving size)
