Clean Eating Meatballs

Ingredients:
•2-1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
•1 large onion, finely minced
•4 garlic cloves, finely minced
•1 tsp sea salt
•1 Tbsp soy sauce
•2 tsp dried oregano
•1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
•1/2 loaf of Ezekiel bread
•Frank's Red Hot (to taste)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 large baking pans with oil. Place Ezekiel bread in small bowl and add a bit of water to it-about a half cup. Let soak while you are preparing remaining ingredients. Mix turkey, onion, garlic, salt, soy, oregano and basil in large bowl. Drain bread and gently squeeze out excess water. Crumble bread into turkey mixture and mix well. Roll meatballs about golf ball size. Bake for about 35 minutes, until slightly crispy on top. Toss meatballs in a small amount of Frank's Red Hot just before serving, or serve sauce on the side.
