Ingredients:
2 servings of dry oats – cooked to package directions (see package for serving size)
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp. unsweetened dry coconut flakes
4 egg whites
2 tbsp. agave or honey
Directions:
Step 1 – Cook your oats according to package directions.
Step 2 – Just as the oats are done cooking, stir in the cocoa powder and coconut.
Step 3 – Quickly stir in your egg whites, and continue to stir vigorously until they are cooked (you’ll see them turn white).
Step 4 – Divide into bowls and top with agave or honey.
