Broccoli Salad

Salad:

2 Heads of Broccoli (chopped/use the stocks as well for added flavor & substance)
6 Green Onions (chopped)
6 Stalks of Celery (chopped)
1 Cup of Sliced Almonds
1 Cup of Raisens
1 Cup of Red Grapes (cut in half)

Dressing:

1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Mayo
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Sugar

What to do:
* Combine all of the salad ingredients and mix well.
* Mix the dressing ingredients together, pour over salad, and mix well
* Refrigerate for at least a couple hours or overnight
* It's a great salad to make ahead of time
