Marinated & Grilled Asparagus Recipe


1-2 Bunches of Asparagus
Olive Oil (about 1/4 cup for two bunches)
Red Wine Vinegar (about 3 tbsp. for two bunches)
Rosemary (to taste)
Thyme (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

What to do:
* There are no exact measurements to this recipe/the above are just estimates/combine to your liking
* Combine the oil, vinegar & spices in a large container or ziplock
* Add the apsaragus (toss to coat the asparagus)
* Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours - up to 24 hours (24 hours is the best) - tossing occasionally to coat the asparagus
* Place in grilling basket (or grill safe pan) & cook for about 15 minutes (less or more according to how you like your asparagus/soft or crunchy)
* Enjoy
