Homemade Dried Cranberries

Yields: about 1 cup

Ingredients:

(1) 12-oz Pkg Cranberries
(1) Cup Water
Sweetener of choice equal to 1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp Grapeseed or other Neutral Oil

Instructions:

* Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
* Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
* In medium saucepan, combine the berries and water over medium heat.  Cook until all the cranberries have pooped (after you hear a couple start to pop, go ahead and smoosh some of the others with the back of a spoon to pop the others).  DO NOT LET THEM COME TO A BOIL
* Drain the berries in a colander and transfer to a medium bowl.  Toss with your sweetener of choice and your oil of choice.
* Spread on prepared baking pan and separate each individual berry the best you can.  Be sure to pop any un-popped berries you may come across.
* Place baking sheet in the oven and let dry for 3-5 hours (or as long as needed)
* Remove, let cool, and then transfer to an airtight container.
* Store them in our refrigerator
